Canellation Policy
Any order for pickup can be cancelled and fully refunded up to 11:59 pm the day before the scheduled pickup date. If you you do not cancel the by 11:59 pm the day before your scheduled pickup, you will only be refunded the charges for the items that were on the order for pickup. The $25 service fee for pickup (sometimes referred to as delivery fee) will not be refunded.
No Show/Refund Policy
All items to be picked up must match what is on the order. Items must be placed outside of the home or business either at the curb next to a paved road or somewhere in front of the house that is easily accesible for a vehicle and trailer and within 10 yards of the street or driveway. If the items do not meet this criteria, we will consider it a "no show" and the will be refunded the amount for the items that were scheduled for pickup but not the $25 curbside pickup fee (might be shown on order as "delivery fee"). Basura Bros reserves the right to refuse a pickup if it does not comply with it's curbside pickup policy)
